Delivery
Orders over £75
Free standard delivery to mainland UK addresses on all orders over £75 ex. VAT.
Dispatch timeframe
Most in-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 working days from our UK warehouse.
Mainland UK Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders over £75 ex. VAT to mainland UK addresses. For orders under £75, a delivery charge will be shown at checkout.
Non-Mainland UK & Remote Areas
Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and other non-mainland locations may be subject to additional delivery charges. Please contact us before placing your order if your delivery address falls outside mainland UK and we will confirm costs and timescales.
Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes are shown on each product page. Most standard items are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Some larger or made-to-order items have longer lead times — these will be clearly stated on the product page. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and the Company cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.
Ground Floor Delivery Only
All deliveries are to ground floor only. Our couriers are not insured to carry goods above ground floor level. Please ensure you have suitable arrangements in place to receive goods at ground floor and move them to their final location. This applies to all deliveries regardless of the size or weight of the order.
Delivery Notifications
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse. Where the courier provides tracking, a tracking link will be included so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Report damage within 48 hours
Any damage to goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. Please also note any damage on the courier’s delivery documentation at the time of receipt. We cannot accept damage claims reported after 48 hours.
Returns
School Noticeboards supplies businesses and educational institutions on a Business-to-Business (B2B) basis. The Consumer Contracts Regulations and Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to B2B transactions, and the automatic right to cancel or return goods does not apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a credit note as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.
Unwanted Items
Returns for items that have not arrived damaged, or that are simply unwanted, are at the manager’s discretion. If a return is authorised, the following conditions apply:
- You must notify us in writing within 24 hours of delivery
- Items must be in pristine, as-new condition in their original undamaged packaging
- A restocking and collection fee of 20% of the order value applies, with a minimum charge of £25.00 + VAT
- Collection will be arranged by the Company at a time to be agreed
Made-to-Order Items
Made-to-order and custom items are manufactured specifically for your order and are non-refundable under any circumstances, except where the item is faulty or incorrect. Please ensure all specifications are correct before placing your order.

Purchase Orders
We accept official purchase orders from all UK schools, academies, colleges and universities. Goods will be dispatched on receipt and acceptance of a valid purchase order. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. See our Purchase Order Guide for full details.
